Namaste! We are a family managed boutique hotel with a Tibetan Buddhism themed design concept, located at the tourist hub of Lakeside. Faith in Buddhism has always been at the heart of our family lineage; several hundred years ago, our ancestor “Gopal Lama” is believed to have travelled from Tibetan region as a Buddhist monk spreading teachings of Lord Buddha. Later he is known to have settled in our current known village “Lwang Ghalel”, which lie in the foothills of Annapurna mountain range.In our heart we have always wanted to do something meaningful that respected and made us feel connected to the will of our forefathers. Thus, finally in 2017, having lived in the UK as a Gurkhas family for over a decade, we decided to return to our ancestral land with the “Three Jewels” project in mind. We choose the name “Three Jewels” because it represented the heart of Buddhism, i.e. the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha; as these were also the values our forefather lived by. And, we also embraced the richness of Tibetan art and design due to our ancestral connection, and its closeness to Buddhism.Today, it is in the same spirit of Dharma that our forefather once practiced, we are here to serve you at the "Three Jewels Boutique Hotel". At our core, our priorities are in spreading the teachings of Buddha and promoting love, peace & harmony.
