- Incorporation for the first time ever in Bhaktapur District of the widely demanded subjects “Travel and Tourism,” “Hotel Management” and “Computer Science” in management, science and education streams.
- In order to satisfy the need to become a professional workforce, theoretical and practical expertise in diversified areas of travel and tourism, hotel management, airline ticketing, tourism, trekking, rafting, safari, cooking and other related fields is given.
- Seabird provides one month of free practical courses in Accountancy and Auditing after the completion of the standard courses to enable students to deal with and address day-to-day issues along with a week-long hotel management training for relevant students.
- In the morning and day shifts, courses are held.

- For research and management streams, Computer Science is an optional subject.
