Crystal Training Academy is a hospitality training academy in Gaushala, Kathmandu, operated by Crystal Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. We provide practical, job-oriented training for individuals who want to build careers in hotels, restaurants, cafés and the wider hospitality industry.
Our training focuses on hands-on learning in a real hotel environment, with practical exposure, professional facilities and industry-focused instruction. Training areas include Barista, General Cook, Front Office Assistant, Waiter/Waitress and Housekeeping.
We aim to help learners develop practical skills, confidence and workplace readiness, along with internship and career opportunities in Nepal and abroad.
