Rural Health Education and Service Center (RHESC) was founded in 1986 as a non-governmental social organization working in the field of health and para-medical education by providing preventive , curative and health care services to rural and semi-urban people in Kathmandu Valley's northeastern region.It is registered and acknowledged by Nepal 's government, and affiliated with the Nepal Social Welfare Council. This center is located about 13 kilometers away from the heart of the city of Kathmandu, a location named Gokarna Dakshin Dhoka. The Rural Health Education and Support Center is affiliated with CTEVT and provides PCL in acupuncture acupressure and moxibustion certificate level programmes.
