NAIHS-Nursing College (NAIHS-CON) was established in 2010 and is located in Bhandarkhal, Syanobharyang; a town in the northwestern part of the Kathmandu Valley. The picturesque views of the college are spectacular with the Swoyambhunath Stupa on its front side and the green lust of the Halchowk Hill, Ichangu Narayan Hill,And Nagarjun Hill at the site. The atmosphere at the college is calm and tranquil. The college compound has total land area of more than six hectares (117 ropani). The Nursing College has a separate four storied building composed of academic and administrative sections. The building has three phase electricity,Back-up power generator and sufficient water supply with own water purification system. The college is located just 700 meters from the Ring road. The gap is about two and a half kilometers between the college and Shree Birendra Hospital (Teaching Hospital).
