The School of Science and Technology (SOST) was founded to serve the mission of Mid-Western University. The School of Science and Technology (SOST) provides four academic years for bachelor-level programs based on a credit-semester framework of continuing internal assessment. The School of Science and Technology (SOST) strives to expand the frontiers of contemporary science and technology through study , teaching and study, to address the emerging demands of the nation's overall progress in the scientific and technical fields, and to achieve academic excellence through hard work, strategic thought, and successful decision-making. The School aims to become a Hub for the Growth and Education of Science and Technology in Nepal, with an influence that stretches both to the Asian community and to the international level. The School aims to include world standard quality undergraduate and graduate education programmes, to be an influential research institute advancing science and technology awareness, and to support the general population as an agent of scientific progress and development of education.
