Fluorescent Secondary School (FSS), founded and promoted by the joint endeavor of a team of dedicated professional teachers and academicians in 1997 initially with 219 students and 18 staff, is a co educational English medium private school. It is situated at Tokha Municipality Ward No 8, Baniyatar, Gongabu, Kathmandu, Nepal. After a long and rigorous academic journey, now, it has been transformed as one of the largest schools in the valley. The school caters to the educational requirements of learners from Grade Nursery to Twelve. This school has successfully completed its twenty first springs creating its own recognition in the domain of school education at local and national level. It comprises basic physical infrastructures required for teaching and learning processes. The aim of this school is to impart an all round quality education in which students are prepared to encounter any sort of challenges in their life with full power, patience and perseverance. This understanding is reflected in the school motto: EDUCATION FOR EMPOWERMENT.
