Complained in the morning about interruption of internet services. They ignored. After calling three times complain ticket was generated at around 3:30 pm. Never gave the exact time for maintainence person to come and fix it. Waited whole day but people came at five thirty in the evening. Then they say they dont hav the necessary items to fox the problem and would come the following day. Whole day wasted. My work couldnt be done. Had to suffer loss at my work. Very irresponsible attitudw.
