Tilottama campus was established in 1996 as the first private college in Rupandehi by a team of dedicated, experienced, and enterprising academicians to cater to the growing demands of parents and students in higher education by providing quality education and guaranteeing top-class graduates.

Since its establishment, the college has been running +2 programme in science and management in Affiliation with the Higher Secondary Education Board, Nepal. Similarly, it is also running a Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) programme in affiliation with Pokhara University. It is also planning to launch a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in the near future.
Promoted by a dedicated team of highly competent and experienced academicians, researchers and professionals with the zeal to provide quality education of global standard. Since the beginning, this college has been imparting a quality education. The Higher Secondary Education Board(HSEB) results during the last 14 years have proved that Tilottama Campus has become a home for quality education. It has already been awarded time and again by HSEB for its excellence. Last year in Grade XI it stood in eth first position in Lumbini Zone. It prides itself on the high success rate of its students in the final examinations of HSEB board.
