Welcome to Supreme Court of Nepal
Article 126(1) of the Constitution of Nepal provides that the judicial powers of Nepal shall be exercised by courts and judicial bodies in accordance with this Constitution, other laws, and the accepted principles of justice. Article 127(1) of the Constitution provides that there shall be a Supreme Court, High Courts, and District Courts in Nepal.
