The financial institution has received a license from Nepal Rastra Bank in accordance with Bank and Financial Institution Act 2017 as D class national level financial institution and working as major wholesale lending micro finance institution.

This financial institution holds premise that the rate of poverty reduction can be accelerated by establishing strong, capable, autonomous and sustainable institutions at local level in a different approach than the existing practices of micro finance.
