मैले मिती 2079/01/12,13 गते मोबाइल बैङ्किग बाट 100, 300 को रिचार्ज गरेको थिए तर त्यो रिचार्ज पनि गएन न त ब्यालेन्स काटेको रकम पनि फिर्ता भएन। अव के गर्ने होला। मैले नजिकको बैक मा गएर पनि एउटा सानो फम भरेर आएको थिए 2 हप्ता लाग्छ भन्दैहुनुहुन्थो। मलाई समभव भए टोल फि नम्वर पठाईदिनु होला म नै कल गरगेर बुझ्नेछु/कमेट फेरी दिनेछु। धन्यवाद।
