NMB Bank Lekhnath Branch

The bank is very poor for costumer’s satisfaction . Because today I went to arghau nmb ATM machine to get money form their . When I put my ATM card on machine I did all the work what we need to do for take a money . But ATM machine was empty I could not take money from that machine .they don’t have money at that machit I got withdrawal message . And cut my money from my account 2000 . They don’t know what is costumer’s satisfaction . Many times I got issues from this branch . There was not any guard also .it was very important for me to take that money. it’s not a one time issues . please who is the responsibility person he/she should make a good costumer’s service . whoever provided in that ATM machine wall those number was also switch off . anyway I need my money untill Sunday otherwise I have to do my work for this case .
