Mahendra Multiple Campus (MMC), Dharan was established in 1955 AD (2012 BS) as a constitutive campus of Tribhuvan University, located in the heart of the city in the sub-metropolitan city of Dharan, Sunsari district of Nepal. It offered higher education at the Faculties of Administration, Humanities, Law and Health.MMC is one of the leading campuses in the eastern zone of Nepal. It has played a magnificent leading role in the stimulation of higher education and in the development of skilled labor as needed by the country. MMC operates Bachelor degree programs such as Bachelor of Arts (BS), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) programs. This also provides Master's degree programs in five different fields, consisting of MBS, MA-English, MA-Nepal, MA-Economy and MA-Political Science.MMC is also affiliated with Lumbini Buddhist University for MA in Applied Buddhism. MMC Degree holders have served as key positions in government departments, various financial institutions, NGOs, INGOs and companies, as well as in the private sector.
