Mahakali Provincial Hospital is a major government-run provincial hospital located in Mahendranagar (Bhimdatta Municipality), Kanchanpur District, Sudurpashchim Province, Nepal. It serves as one of the key public referral hospitals in the far-western region, providing comprehensive healthcare services including emergency care, outpatient and inpatient departments across specialties such as general medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, radiology, pathology, ICU support, and hemodialysis services. Originally established as a smaller health facility and progressively upgraded over the decades, it now operates with around 150 beds and plays a central role in meeting the healthcare needs of both urban and rural populations throughout the province.
