Dhaulagiri Prabidhik Shikshya Pratisthan, Baglung

Dhaulagiri Prabidhik Shikshya Pratisthan, located in Baglung Bazar, Baglung district of Nepal, was established in 2007 AD (2064 BS). It is affiliated with the Council for Vocational Training and Technical Education (CTEVT). It is recognised by the Council of Nepal Nursing and the Technical Council of National Health. It provides CMLT, PCL Nursing and PCL in General Medicine-Health Assistant (HA) Qualifications in Medical Laboratory Science.

Vision: Creating and disseminating socially conscious and scientifically skilled human capital for health and leading to the fulfillment of the idea of health as a basic human right as coined in Nepal 2063’s interim constitution by avoiding, encouraging curative and rehabilitating community health care facilities.

Mission: To create and disseminate socially responsible and scientifically skilled human capital for health through the construction of a model polytechnic institute in the Dhaulagiri Zone with adequate infrastructure.
Goal/ Objectives: To establish a model polytechnic institute in the Dhaulagiri Region of Nepal with adequate facilities capable of generating socially responsible and scientifically skilled human capital for health.
