It is situated at ward No. 13, Shitalnagar, Nepal's Banke district. The college has its own well-equipped building with all academic prerequisites, and is connected to "Pokhara University" Nepal.COEM guarantees the standard of education through the success of its talented students with its slogan "A journey of Excellence" Nepal Engineering Council of Nepal accredits this Institute.
