Welcome to City Mart Ilam

City Mart Ilam is a shopping mall and marketplace located at Nikunja Path in Ilam Bazaar, Ilam Municipality, Koshi Province, Nepal. It was developed as a model market project by Ilam Municipality to organize and centralize the business area of Ilam Bazaar, bringing together a variety of retail shops, restaurants, parking spaces, and small businesses in one structured building for both local customers and visitors.
The mart includes multiple shutters (shops), a restaurant area, a party palace hall, and a vegetable market section on the top floor, with facilities such as lifts for easy access within the building. It’s intended not only as a commercial hub but also as a tourist-friendly destination in Ilam town.
City Mart has become a central spot for shopping and services in Ilam Bazaar, offering a range of products and services in a cleaner, more organized setting compared to traditional roadside markets.
