4 years agoYour Suryabinayak branch ( Bhaktapur) has a automated telephonic service.
Its the worst among any bank service in Nepal. It asks us to dia a extension number or “0” for operator service, as soon as we press “0”. The call disconnects automatically.
Tried this in both the telephone numbers of yours, ‘015102487’ ‘015102488’
Both of them sucks.
Please get those fixed so that we customers don’t be bothered ever by such incompetent services.
