About
Established in 2010, the Academy of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management initially offered a Diploma course in Culinary Arts. In 2014, the institution advanced its academic portfolio by introducing a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Hospitality Management, in collaboration with Lincoln University College, Malaysia. In addition to these principal programs, the Academy has, over time, provided specialized modular courses designed to meet the needs of both professionals and enthusiasts in the fields of culinary arts and hotel management.
In 2021, the Academy of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management became a subsidiary of the Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurship (CLE College), thereby operating under the auspices of this larger organizational framework.
