Bharatpur, Nepal Polytechnic Institute (NPI), was established in 1996 as the first public limited company of its kind registered under the Nepal Company Act 2021 B.S. Industrial Act 2049 BS and Nepal. In the field of natural resource management, engineering, climate, management and medicine, the Institute was set up primarily to produce low to high levels of human capital under a single umbrella so that concerted efforts could be made to produce quality human resources educated in various disciplines.
