The Central Technology Campus was founded in 1972 AD as a constituent campus of the University of Tribhuvan, located in Dharan. This is the TU Autonomous Science and Engineering Campus. Central Technology Campus offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs consisting of B.Tech (Food), B.Sc. And that's M.Sc. Microbiology, B.Sc. Nutrition and Dietetics, B.Sc. (Physics), B.Sc. (Geology). It is the leading food development education campus in Nepal. Central Department of Food Processing, College of Science and Technology, TU It is situated in the campus premises provided by M.Tech and Ph.D. in Food Technology. The beauty of this campus is that it's the only T.U. Constituent campus running B.Tech (Food) and the only campus running B.Sc. in Nepal. System (Nutrition and Dietetics). This became a decentralized campus in 1998 AD and an independent campus in 2012 AD.
