The Pushpalal Memorial College was established in 2008 and is centrally located on its own well-equipped building in Chabahil, Kathmandu. PLMC is affiliated with the National Examination Board (NEB) and the Tribhuvan University (TU). PLMC was established in Late Puspa Lal Shrestha 's memory (1924-22 July 1978);He was the founding secretary-general of the Communist Party of Nepal, and the leader of the Communist Party of Nepal. Pushpalal Memorial College (PLMC) provides affordable tuition quality education and is renowned for sound academic environment and project-based teaching, backed by young academics.
